ABOUT US CHORLTON RUNNERS MANCHESTER
Central to our clubs founding values is a desire to offer an all inclusive running group with a structure that allows members to run at their pace as often or indeed as little as they wish.
Our current members are a clear illustration of our welcoming approach: we have every type of runner from nervous run walkers taking their first steps into the sport, social runners who enjoy a healthy mix of running, beer and cake all the way through to our fastest runners pushing their PB’s and getting our Black and Gold vests as close to the front of the pack as they can.
We are a collective unit, and everyone is welcomed and respected no matter what level they are at. We encourage a supportive, community atmosphere and members enjoy a club full of friendly advice, sympathy when injuries or setbacks occur and a genuine sense of group pride when any member achieves their goals.
Whilst in this day and age we don’t imagine anyone needs to be told we should clearly state Chorlton Runners is a club where any form of racism, homophobia or indeed any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
Whatever your ability the chances are you’ll fit in and enjoy the club atmosphere and unless you’re Mo Farah you should be able to find people running at your level. If you are Mo Farah – we’d love to sign you up.
