The ideal way to develop run speed is with a combination of strength work, speed work and hill reps! All levels welcome… it’s not about speed or distance!

Summer Hill Reps (April to September)
Meet at Chorlton Water Park, Maitland Avenue, M21 7WH.
Sessions will be run every Wednesday @ 6.30. All levels welcome…it’s not about speed or distance! (and you don’t have to be affiliated)
Make sure you do a warm-up jog/run before you arrive. The session will consist of drills, followed by hill reps and finish with stretches (stretchers??). Look out for the post on the main CR Facebook page each week.

To avoid any confusion, can you please post if you intend to join us
and also let me know (in good time) if you have to drop out of the session? I will then know who to
expect. We do not allow dogs due to safety issues.
