Well done to everyone who completed the Bluebell race, and a big thanks to Sue for organising it.
Lewis defies convention this time by attempting it with just one trainer.

The Sale 5 miler. A great day was had by all with a couple of PBs and lovely cups of coffee afterwards.

Rob was happy he beat Tony at long last!

'You've gotta be jokin' Lewis' said Catherine as he tried to sell his medal.

Andy was just happy to still be alive after doing the run in 32 minutes.

As we enjoy Steve's coffeeI think Ann said something like
"Tony if you put this picture of me on the web site I 'll kill you"
But I can't be sure

The Staveley Puma Trail race (17K) was a glorious day.
Unfortunately, after the race, poor Tony had runs of a different kind on his mind.

As you can see it all started off so well.

I found out Ann was not happy with her last picture, so perhaps she'll like this one instead.
The after race party consisted of lovely chips and beer and wine.

But Tony had a party all of his own.
